Why does The System not Work?
1. The system has entered self-locking state. You can confirm this issue by looking at the top right corner of the display screen.
1) If you don’t operate the unit for 1 minute, it will enter the self-locking state. If you want to operate again, you need to press the “+” and “-” keys at the same time to unlock, or it won’t be operated.
2) After 5 minutes, it will automatically extinguish the screen without operation and press any key to wake up.
3) For the code state and self-locking state, any key is useless, must be unlocked first, if the code state; Press the “CH” key for a long time to exit.
2. The collar and system are in low battery, needs to be charged.
